Claim Reporting Procedures
Timely reporting of claims is essential for a complete and thorough investigation and the mitigation of damages. Additionally, timely claim reporting supports our efforts to provide you with timely repairs. We urge our clients to report the claim immediately through one of the following channels:

- Call 833-520-7676 to report telephonically – inform the operator you are calling to report an Amwins Healthstar claim
- To submit correspondence other than new claims reporting (invoices, legal documents, or other) please use amwinsclaims@ccmsi.com or contact the assigned CCMSI adjuster or supervisor directly if known
